Intro:
The design of the Elea is very impressive. It is sleek, stylish and very comfortable. Maxi Cosi are renown for their carseat range but they do not disappoint with the Elea.
The Nest:
A snug, well padded baby nest that fits into the Elea really easily by guiding the straps through. It is very cleverly designed as you still have the support of the actual seat and frame underneath. It allows baby to lay in a snug, secure environment.
The Seat:
It is a great size in terms of width and length. With three reclinable positions it will comfortably see your child through to their toddler years. A highlight, where some pushchairs fail.
The seat is easily reclineable by pressing a large button at the rear of the seat and the footrest is easily raised up or down.
Handlebars:
They can be bar lowered or raised up or down depending on how you wish to push the pushchair.
Fold:
One of my key favorite points is the simple fold. You do not have to remove the seat and it will fit easily into the car boot or will stand freely, folded up against the cupboard if you need to save space.
Shopping Basket:
There is a large shopping basket underneath which is easily accessible and will accommodate your shopping.
Conclusion:
The Elea has been very well designed and could genuinely be the only purchase you need to make for your child. It is comfortable, convenient and extremely sturdy. The Maxi Cosi car seat fits onto the frame and even without the added extras it is great value for money.
